Shipping and Delivery

Shipping is free on all Mimavellor products. Our stated order-delivery timeframe is 3–5 calendar days. Customers should provide a complete, accurate delivery address and review order communications for relevant delivery information.

Occasionally, carrier disruptions, weather, address problems, or other events outside reasonable control can affect delivery. Where an issue arises, our support team can assist with available order information and next steps. Nothing in this section limits rights provided by applicable consumer laws.

Discounts and Offers

After a successful email subscription, eligible customers receive an automatic 15% sitewide discount. This offer is not restricted to a first order and does not require entry of a discount code.

Selected promotional products are eligible for an automatic 20% discount, also without a code. Promotional eligibility and any combination rules are determined by the active discount configuration and the final amount shown at checkout. Do not assume both discounts can be combined on the same purchase.

Returns and Exchanges

Mimavellor offers free returns and exchanges within 30 days. To request assistance with a return or exchange, contact our support team using the single contact-page link near the end of these terms and include your order number and the item concerned.

Returns, exchanges, and refunds are handled according to the store's published returns policy and applicable consumer-protection requirements. If an item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete, please provide the relevant details to support so the issue can be reviewed promptly. This section does not reduce statutory remedies.

Accounts and Details
